Guardians of Inclusion team logo

Guardians of Inclusion is a cultural accessibility universe that reframes inclusive design as a shared creative responsibility. Through strategic storytelling, interactive media, and coaching-driven toolkits, the project equips developers, educators, and caregivers to build with empathy, precision, and accountability.

Anchored by a cast of accessibility superheroes—including Amari, Juno, Eli, Mason, and the Empathy Series’ Becca Braveheart—the initiative blends narrative design with lived-experience advocacy to shift accessibility from compliance to culture. Guardians of Inclusion offers downloadable resources, virtual workshops, and a digital comic series that center disabled users as co-authors of systemic change.

This project is designed to scale across media, education, and enterprise—creating lasting tools for inclusive leadership and public engagement. Guardians of Inclusion is legacy-driven, emotionally resonant, and unapologetically inclusive.

 About the Creator: Debra Kyles

Welcome to Guardians of Inclusion—a universe where accessibility is not an afterthought, but the origin story.

I’m Debra Kyles, the strategist, storyteller, and scholar behind this platform. As a Doctoral candidate in Business Administration at South College, my research explores how coaching, narrative design, and accessibility can reshape organizational culture. But this isn’t just academic—it’s personal, creative, and systemic.

I’ve spent years navigating the intersections of healthcare, advocacy, and enterprise transformation. My work as an Accessibility Strategist and Creative Director is rooted in lived experience and powered by compliance expertise—from WCAG 2.2 to Section 508 and EN 301 549. I help organizations move beyond checklists to build cultures of belonging.

Guardians of Inclusion is more than a brand—it’s a movement. It’s where coaching psychology meets visual storytelling, and where disabled voices are centered as co-authors of change. Through strategic frameworks, immersive narratives, and inclusive design, I aim to equip leaders with tools to build legacy—not just policy.

Whether you’re here to learn, collaborate, or recalibrate your approach to inclusion, I welcome you. This space is designed to be accessible, emotionally resonant, and unapologetically visionary.

Let’s rewrite the story—together.
